<p>Torbay Council recently underwent a procurement process for a Framework Agreement that would act as a wrap-around provision for our internal Edge of Care Team. Unfortunately, the tender was unsuccessful and we were unable to begin the process of entering into formal agreements with providers. It remains the case that we want to create this provision in the near future and would greatly value the opportunity to discuss with you some options for proceeding.
