SUPPLY OF PROFESSION SERVICES -HIGHVIEW RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT

Tender description

The former Highview school site is approximately 0.91Ha in area. The existing school buildings have previously been demolished in readiness to develop the site for affordable housing as part of the HRA programme. The proposal developed to form part of the planning application is for 30 affordable units to form part of the councils housing stock. The proposal will include different typologies of building; bungalows, Houses and flats and will include some wheelchair compliant dwellings. The development will include the associated infrastructure; roads pavements and services. Folkestone & Hythe District Council is seeking to procure the services of a multi-disciplinary design team to carry out the various roles generally as set out in the Specification. This role will include assisting with the preparation of tender documents, technical design, construction issue drawings and attending site to check the contractors quality of work. This is a two-stage procurement process, the first stage requires qualifying suppliers to complete and submit the Standard Selection Questionnaire (SQ) by the 2nd February 2021. Only shortlisted suppliers from the stage 1 process would be invited to participate in the stage 2 process.
