Provision of the Management and Administration of the Help to Buy (Scotland) Scheme

Tender description

The requirement is for the management and administration of the Scottish Government's Help to Buy scheme within specified geographical areas of Scotland (each comprising a separate lot of the contract). Lot 1: Edinburgh etc. Edinburgh, East Lothian, Mid Lothian, West Lothian, Scottish Borders Fife. The contract will run for a period of 12 months and may be extended for up to 2 further years (i.e. for a maximum period of 36 months). Lot 2: Glasgow etc. Glasgow, East Renfrewshire, Renfrewshire, East & West Dunbartonshire, Inverclyde. The contract will run for a period of 12 months and may be extended for up to 2 further years (i.e. for a maximum period of 36 months). Lot 3: Dundee etc. Angus, Clackmannanshire, Dundee, Falkirk, Perth & Kinross, Stirling. The contract will run for a period of 12 months and may be extended for up to 2further years (i.e. for a maximum period of 36 months). Lot 4: West and Southwest Scotland North and South Lanarkshire, North South and East Ayrshire, Argyll and Bute, Dumfries and Galloway. The contract will run for a period of 12 months and may be extended for up to 2 further years (i.e. for a maximum period of 36 months). Lot 5: Grampian Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire, Moray. The contract will run for a period of 12 months and may be extended for up to 2 further years (i.e. for a maximum period of 36 months). Lot 6: Highland and Shetland Highland, Shetland. The contract will run for a period of 12 months and may be extended for up to 2 further years (i.e. for a maximum period of 36 months). Lot 7: Western Isles Western Isles. The contract will run for a period of 12 months and may be extended for up to 2 further years (i.e. for a maximum period of 36 months). Lot 8: Orkney Orkney. The contract will run for a period of 12 months and may be extended for up to 2 further years (i.e. for a maximum period of 36 months).
