St. Finnachta’s National School, Sixmilebridge, Co. Clare V95TKV0 is a mixed Primary school. This new school was opened in 2019, is a two storey building and has a current enrolment of 520 students(subject to change +/-), 37 teachers, 8 Sna’s, 1 administrator & 3 ancillary staff. In the course of the working day there may also be student teachers, therapists & guests in the building. It is intended to award a contract to a single service provider. The School requires the provision of a professional cleaning service to the school at competitive prices. The Tenderers will be required to furnish all cleaning supplies; operational equipment and all labour and supervision. The Contracting Authority will facilitate Tenderers by permitting an inspection of the Contracting Authority’s premises. A site visit to view the Contracting Authority’s premises or facilities at St. Finnachta’s National School, Sixmilebridge, Co. Clare V95TKV0 shall be organised in advance (at least 24hrs in advance) to take place on Thursday 13th May, 2021 and Friday 14th May, 2021 from 3pm onwards. Please confirm your preference when requesting a site visit and where possible this will be facilitated. This site visit is mandatory. Tenders received from companies who have not attended a site visit will not be included in this tender process. Attendance at the Contracting Authority’s premises will be subject to compliance with local security and health and safety arrangements.
