Tender description

We seek a digital learning expert to advise on how we can recreate the impact of Future Leaders Connect through digital and virtual delivery. We seek consultancy to redevelop the model and require that any suggestions made are not focused on the use of one particular proprietary software. We are also not seeking someone to deliver this project. Future Leaders Connect is the British Council's programme which aims to create a long-term global network of emerging policy leaders. Through the programme, exceptional next generation leaders gain access to the relevant skills, international networks and opportunities which will support them to make a difference through policy change.
