This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) in relation to SEAI’s Non-Domestic Retrofit framework of services providers. SEAI intends to appoint a framework of services providers to provide advisory services directly to public and commercial bodies through SEAI’s Pathfinder Programme and to support SEAI in the development and implementation of this programme.
