SFRS wishes to procure research and development services in order to identify and develop two GD92 compliant mobilising bearers, which are not reliant on the Airwave or SFRS Wide Area Network, providing resilience to the mobilisation of firefighters in the communities of Scotland to emergencies and operational incidents.
