Tender description

Edinburgh Leisure are looking for main contractor for the life cycle refurbishment of Warrender Swim Centre, 55 Thirlstane Road, Edinburgh EH9 1AP starting November 2020. The work will involve repairing the external fabric, replacing changing, toilet and showering facilities, redecorating the pool hall, gym and reception areas, reconfiguring staff facilities, retiling pool surrounds and upgrading electrical, mechanical and plant equipment.
