Governance Reviews of Samson and Acacia Management Services Ltd and Friday Hill Tenant Management Organisation Ltd

Tender description

Carry out a comprehensive desktop review of all governance documents, policies, codes of practice, board role descriptions, current and historic minutes (including sub committee minutes) and registers, company and ICO registration, statutory registers, Articles of Association, financial reports, bank and transaction card reconciliations, supporting data and reports to board, openness and transparency including communication with residents, website and social media, evidence of resident engagement including in the TMO governance structure and succession plans in place. Analysis of TMO progress against Special review action plan. Analysis of whether policies, codes of practice are being properly implemented by reference to meeting minutes, reports, other data provided, documented outcomes and through subsequent interviews and board meeting observation. Assessment of compliance with and implementation of the TMO’s Equality and Diversity policy and procedure as set out in the Management Agreement chapter 1 schedule 2 including steps taken to work towards TMO and board membership that is representative of the community the TMO serves. Assessment of compliance with and implementation of the TMO’s Management Complaints policy and procedure as out in the Management Agreement Chapter 7 schedule 4.
