GB-Solihull: EPC Assessments

Platform Housing are looking to award a Framework of EPC Assessors (between 3-5), so we can gain a true picture of our property energy efficiency, focusing on those properties which don't have a current EPC or where they are due to expiry shortly. The required Assessor may be required to conduct EPCs anyway within Platform Housing's stock range, however we intend, subject to appropriate responses, to structure the award around areas, if we can. Any award against this advert will only cover the programmed EPC requirements and not any other EPC requirements Platform may have i.e. Void property period. Our intention is to issue a maximum of 200 EPCs per Assessor/company per month for the next 24 months subject to availability and capacity.
