Tender description
Karen o Brien is the Exec Sponsor however we (NEAS) do not liaise with IBM ourselves, and we do not pay for a maintenance contract – that is done nationally through the NHS (ref KOB 4/5/21). This is a maintenance agreement and is one such listed on the IAR having J Brown as the IAO The agreement is prepared by Price Waterhouse Cooper , a copy agreement is attached to this register but it appears it has not been "accepted" as such.
