Tender description

4 year opportunity to provide STHK with BILD ACT certified Conflict Resolution Training complying with RRN Training Standards for a total of up to 7000 employees within the Trust. The contract would see the provider supply e:learning, in addition to 8 "Train the Trainers" who would be licensed to provided training on the contractors behalf. Flexibility will be needed in terms annual review of the training needs analysis which may or may not result in a higher proportion of staff being allocated a higher level of training. Level 1 - Mandatory Training consisting of e:learning. Refresher period would be 24 months. Level 2 - Building from e:learning, this would involve classroom input on topics such as disengagement. Refresher period would be 12 months. Level 3 - Building on from the previous 2 levels; restraint training would be provided to BILD ACT approval. Refresher period would be 12 months. E:learning has to interface with the Trust's Learning Management System; Moodle. Flexibility to provide a platform for the Trust's Contractors to complete their e:learning away from the Trusts LMS is essential. Please express your interests by e:mailing purchasing@sthk.nhs.uk
