THIS IS A MULTI LOT CONTRACT: The following codes are the etenderwales references Porject_47167 itt_87211 itt_87208 itt_87209 Tai Calon will not appoint the same contractor/service provider to both lots – bidders may bid for both lots but, if successful, would only be appointed to one. This is because the HSE advises that the works/services should be segregated and undertaken by two separate companies. Please see Invitation to tender documents for more information LOT ONE: Tai Calon is seeking an experienced and qualified HSE licensed contractor to undertake a programme of licensed asbestos removals to its housing stock as part of its long term programme of upgrading its existing properties and manage its ACM’s. LOT TWO: Tai Calon is seeking an experienced and qualified Asbestos Analyst to be involved in asbestos removal and remediation works in a number of ways including; • To undertake pre-start air quality monitoring • To undertake enclosure inspections and witness smoke tests. • To undertake air quality monitoring during the course of the removal works. • To undertake enclosure inspections during the works. • To complete the 4 stage clearance procedure and the issue of the certificate of re-occupation. • Project Management of Licensed Asbestos Removals.
