Ancillary Sub-contract Services - Asset Maintenance

Tender description

a. Phoenix Energy Services Ltd (part of the Phoenix Group) otherwise referred to as “PES” currently undertake a variety of natural gas related downstream engineering jobs on behalf of Phoenix Natural Gas Ltd, the Network Operator, who owns and maintains the Phoenix Natural Gas network which is located within the Greater Belfast Area and also includes the geographical area from East Down to Larne. b. The works undertaken by PES include both planned and reactive response activities. Some of these works are carried out by an in-house labour force whilst some are outsourced – all depending upon the required planning of scheduled works as well as volume and timing of response works. c. The works required are generally located in, and around, the premises of existing natural gas Customer Premises – primarily domestic but also inclusive of Commercial. d. PES already engage a number of sub-contractors for works that include the above. The services sought through this tender opportunity are ancillary to that which is already in place.
