Classroom space, in addition to that already contracted until 31/7/22, is required in Central Birkenhead, specific to a venue with significant footfall of Ehnic Minority adults. In that respect, Wirral Change centre is unique (WMO is already contracted with us). Increasing numbers of asylum seekers, refugees, and other immigrants, has required this need
