Tender description

<p>CYC is looking to procure the services of a supplier experienced in woodland design who is able, in summary, to: 1. Analyse, interpret and address feedback gathered via a process of community and stakeholder consultation (currently underway and being led by CYC) 2. Articulate via a detailed Woodland Creation Masterplan (design plan) the proposed spatial layout and key features of the new woodland in a way that accords with the council&rsquo;s agreed project outcomes (see below), preliminary site assessment (see below) and community feedback. The masterplan will be UK Forestry Standard (UKFS) compliant and be able to successfully secure the necessary regulatory permissions 3. Provide an indicative, high level phased implementation plan showing how the woodland would be delivered including indicative estimates of the funding required to fully deliver the masterplan 4. Lead on the preparation and submission of Forestry Commission (FC) Woodland Creation Planning Grant Stage 2 documentation, addressing any Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) requirements and leading to FC woodland approval</p> Keywords: Design, Woodland
