High Peak Borough Council wish to appoint suitably experienced and qualified consultant(s) to review and refresh engineering design studies to bring forward the construction of a new access bridge and road in Whaley Bridge, High Peak and to develop a design statement for the enhancement of character and connectivity of the area to be impacted by the proposed new bridge. The contract is divided into 2 lots LOT 1 - review and update the Engineering design for the bridge construction, review and update the Approval In Principle (AIP) and revise and submit the relevant documents for a detailed and full planning approval for the bridge LOT 2 - preparation of a design statement for enhancement of character and connectivity of the area to be impacted by the proposed new bridge. Bidders are welcome to submit a tender for individual or both lots.
