The technical advisor to the employer to lead a multi-disciplinary team that will provide the following ancillary services as appropriate: • chartered engineer (civil and structural); • CIBSE M&E engineer; • architect and if deemed necessary by the lead consultant, quantity surveyor, planning consultant, building surveyor, geo-technical surveyor or others for multiple stage advice and technical support (to include employer’s representative) to the employer.
