Liverpool City Council is seeking quotes for provision of a Target Hardening Service whereby the property of vulnerable residents within Liverpool is made more secure. The Service requirements are to improve the security of vulnerable victim's properties to enable them to remain safely in their own home and prevent repeat crime and disorder including hate crime, domestic abuse and anti-social behaviour.
