Tender description
Leicestershire County Council wishes to appoint a contractor to carry out annual SCANNER condition surveys, which are a requirement for the current DfT national indicator reporting Data Topic 130-01 and 130-02. The procurement is being carried out under the E UKPMS Highways Condition Surveys Framework procured by Cambridgeshire County Council on behalf of the Eastern Highways Alliance (EHA) of which Leicestershire County Council are a member.
