This project incorporates the following accommodation and/or spaces: • New Teaching Block comprising: o 4no. Classrooms, each with a Store, wet area, and external access o Senior Management Office o Group Room with a Store o Cleaner’s Cupboard o Staff WC o Girls WC o Boys WC o Art Store o Hygiene Room o Inclusion Room o Server Room o Plantroom o Circulation with Break-out Areas o Photovoltaic array on the roof • Covered Walkways connecting lower and upper school buildings to the new Teaching Block • Year 1 Classroom by extending an existing space in the lower school main building • External works The successful Contractor will be appointed under the JCT Intermediate Building Contract with Contractors Design 2016 (ICD 16) as amended by the Employers Special Conditions (refer to Annex 13, attached) and the COVID-19 provisions in Annex 13.0 of this document.
