RFQ - Merton Early Identification and Support Model

Tender description

As part of its ambitious Recovery and Modernisation Programme, Merton is reconsidering how prevention services in the borough are delivered across a range of complex services, and exploring the development of a more comprehensive, multi-faceted approach to early identification and support services in the borough. We are looking to engage a Design Partner to help us as a Council (linking in with our wider partners including Health and the VCS) in the initial design phase of this work and specifically to assist us in developing a clear methodology and plan for how we will move towards a more holistic approach to integrated early identification and support services. We also want the Design Partner to help us identify how we can best configure our resources to fully utilise the strengths and assets within the borough to support this approach.
