Resource Lead

Tender description

The main duties are: - Lead and manage resourcing throughout the SPS1 programme, working with projects to forecast ahead and assess priorities. - Co-ordinate the recruitment of contract staff, between temporary worker agencies, DEFRA commercial team and the project hiring managers CVs, interviews and on-boarding, - Manage the Expression of Interest (EOI) process by ensuring pro forma templates are completed, quality assured and posted on the EOI Yammer group - Lead on managing a recruitment campaign for permanent staff, within specific time frames to ensure vacancies / EOI roles are filled in a timely fashion - Co-ordinate Fixed Term Appointment extensions - Lead the Fast Streamer process by quality assuring templates, ensuring alignment with the Project Delivery Competency Framework (PDCF) - Collate and quality assure job descriptions - Manage and track the resource approvals process - Ensure timely update to resource lists - Report to programme board and central departments on resource metrics
