Provision of Consultancy for Further Change Management Support

Tender description

This is a transparency notice detailing the award of a call-off contract from the Crown Commercial Services Framework RM6008 to Xoomworks for the provision of change management consultancy support for a further limited period of 6 months. The decision to award this contract via direct award in line with the provisions of the CCS Framework has been taken due to key service requirements being the delivery of residual transition, skills and knowledge transfer and post-transition activities required to bring the service in house, which can only be delivered by Xoomworks as the previous service provider. This contract has been required due to unforeseen and unavoidable delays in the delivery of the Departments previous Change Management Support contract.
