High Peak Borough Council wish to appoint a suitably experienced and competent contractor through a competitive tender exercise to complete a Capital Programme of Boiler Replacements at various tenanted Council House properties across High Peak. The Council is responsible for around 4,000 properties within the High Peak Borough. The replacement of boilers is required under the 2017/2018 Capital Programme across High Peak. An indicative 400Nr identified properties with scope to include further properties in the 2018/2019 year, subject to contractor performance. This exercise is being managed through the Council's E-tendering system via the West Midlands Improvement and efficiency Procurement portal.
