Out of Hours Call Handling RFI

Tender description

This is a request for information to support Stonewater with its requirements and development of design and procurement of its Out of Hours Call handling service. The requirements described within the document advise of the core elements and requirements of the Out Hours Cal handling Service. Stonewater require interested suppliers to come forwards and confirm both interest and capability to meet the requirement of the service as well as providing key considerations in pricing the contract. As this is an early market engagement Stonewater are not looking to discuss finer elements of the service but are keen to understand suppliers able to meet the service needs and for supplier feedback on current service description.
