Tender description

The Rail Analysis division in the Department for Transport (DfT) requires expertise for the provision of updates/validations of the following datasets in MOIRA2.2 using data from Transport for London's (TfL) RailPlan model: 1. Access egress times between London stations and City Zones 2. City Zone Splits 3. Cross City Walks (for London) The updates to these parameters will be used to improve the ability of MOIRA2.2 to model rail demand going in to London, and in particular where station choice in London is important.
