Lockmeadow Refurbishment Works - Phase 2

<p>Maidstone Borough Council (MBC) is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for Phase 2 of its refurbishment works at the Lockmeadow Entertainment Centre, Barker Rd, Maidstone ME16 8SF. The works required are outlined in the specification document which accompanies this ITT, and will consist of the creation of an 8-unit food hall across 2 sides of the Lockmeadow complex. Each unit will include a self-contained kitchen area and there will be communal seating, storage, and toilets. The existing external terrace will also be expanded to create a larger outside seating area. This will include the creation of a new exit from the main complex.
