Lease Agreement for the Supply of Heavy Goods Vehicles Trailers (HGV)

Cadent exists to keep the energy flowing. We are the UK's largest gas distribution network, owning four of the nine regional distribution networks and connecting 11 million homes and businesses through 82,000 miles of pipeline. We operate across four regions: East of England, North London, North West, and West Midlands. We are proud to be at the heart of heat and we work closely with our communities to keep them safe, warm, and connected, providing extra care for those who might need it in a gas emergency. We maintain, repair, and replace gas pipes to ensure the safe and reliable flow of gas now and long into the future. We manage the national gas emergency number on behalf of the gas industry, responding to gas escapes and repairing leaks. We are looking to establish an agreement with a supplier to provide circa 10 heavy goods vehicle trailers and associated equipment for Cadent's fleet of heavy goods vehicles. It is important that Cadent company branding can be displayed on the trailers as required. These trailers are required for a 10 year lease term which will include the lease of the trailers, all associated equipment, maintenance, road side breakdown support and tyre replacement. Lot 1: We are looking to establish an agreement with a supplier to provide circa 10 heavy goods vehicle trailers and associated equipment for Cadent's fleet of heavy goods vehicles.
