KMCSS-014 Dynamic Purchasing System for the Provision of Internal Training Services

Tender description

The contracting authority (on behalf of itself wishes to setup a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of learning (which includes but is not limited to classroom learning/e-learning) which falls under the remit of our internal training provision (the Services). We anticipate 5 (five) Categories to be run under this DPS: Category 1: Management development; Category 2: Personal Skills; Category 3: Coaching; Category 4: Outplacement support; Category 5: Ad-hoc training requirements. This is a further competition from Category 3 of this DPS. Lot 3: Category 3: Coaching We are looking for a provider to work with Kirklees Council to provide Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and group supervision sessions for our internal pool of coaches. The successful supplier will provide: • an annual programme of CPD sessions (up to 7 sessions per year) with a maximum of 12 delegates per session; • suggestions for CPD themes based on your knowledge of coaching across a wide range of sectors; • up to 7 Group Supervision sessions per year (maximum 8 delegates per session); • a plan to deliver sessions both virtually and also on-site (at Kirklees) when face-to-face delivery is appropriate; • the virtual platform to deliver the sessions and manage the admin associated with giving participants access to the virtual session; • recordings of the virtual CPD sessions (where this is appropriate to do so) for Kirklees Council to share with coaches who cannot attend; • learning/follow up materials for delegates.
