On behalf of the Board of Management, Scoil Chaitigheirn (the Contracting Authority for this project) you are hereby invited to tender for Architectural services (including buying in of additional services for other disciplines as required) for the above project. The project consists of developing a 2 Classroom SEN Base. There will be additional rooms and structures required including: • Classroom with Safe Base 1, Classroom with Safe Base 2, Small Safe Place associated with Safe Base 1, Small Safe Place associated with Safe Base 2 • Central Activities Space, Multisensory Room, • Staff Toilets, Storage, Cleaning Store and Office • Toilets and Shower area. • Externally a secure hard and soft play area, sensory garden and parking spaces x6. This will be built on the existing school site which will need drainage and levelling. The existing school building and new SEN Unit must be connected. The approximate level of grant is €1,000,000.00. As the school requires additional accommodation, we also require 1 x 100m2 temporary accommodation for September 2021 to form part of tender for services.
