Tender description

The Northern Ireland Authority for Utility Regulation wishes to appoint a Contractor to provide a 2 year subscription containing 7 user licences for a platform tool which provides a detailed holistic overview of the SEM market, including details on market participants, ex-ante and balancing markets and an overview of the European Energy markets including but not limited to prices and volumes. The tool must allow the UR MMU team to deep dive into different markets in real time, view transactions made by market participants, compare the SEM to the GB market, view fuel prices and create bespoke dashboards. The data and graphs must be easily manipulated by the UR and the MMU team must be able to view historic data at specific dates and times. Further detailed requirements are outlined below. While the tool will be used to monitor the whole of the SEM, the contract is for responsibilities pertaining to the UR only.
