COMMISSION BRIEF: As: The Heliosphere Type of Performance: Aerial Show Event: Civic Performance celebrating the opening of Fellowship Square Date(s): Thursday 15 July 2021 (SHOW DAY) Performance Time: 11am-8.30pm – exact timings TBC Number of Shows: 6 (aerialists and crew to stagger performances throughout day) Full Schedule: Wednesday 14 July – Rehearse (afternoon) Thursday 15 July – Show Day Rehearse (morning if required) Notes: To perform along to a bespoke backing track To perform around a fountain, and interact with the fountain where possible To clad the heliosphere in gold fabric as per agreements and photos in email 3. VENUE: Fellowship Square (outdoor), Walthamstow Town Hall, Town Hall Campus, Forest Road, London, E17 4JF
