Tender description

The London Borough of Merton is looking to engage a qualified organisation to quote for delivery of Happiness at Work wellbeing sessions that improve emotional health and coping mechanisms of staff, which in turn improves job satisfaction, morale, productivity, creativity and increases staff retention whilst also reducing absenteeism and presenteeism. The Happiness at Work programme must be culturally sensitive and include sessions that specifically address issues often faced by Black, Asian and Ethnic Minority staff in the workplace, which adversely impact wellbeing. Due to current social distancing restrictions, virtual training is required.
