Flexible Purchasing System - FPS - Payroll, Accountancy, Brokerage and Fully Managed Accounts

Trafford, Rochdale Council and Trafford CCG meet the assessed support needs of some children and adults through a Direct Payment (DP) and/or a Personal Health Budget (PHB). Some of those receiving a DP and/or PHB need additional support to manage this arrangement in full or part. This would involve one of the following: 1. Payroll – A company will manage the finances associated with employment of someone to support the individual receiving the DP and/or PHB. The client will manage all other elements of the DP and/or PHB. 2. Accountancy – A company will manage all finances relating to the DP and/or PHB. This could include payroll and/or the payment for support such as a homecare agency or day support service. The client will manage all other elements of the DP and/or PHB. 3. Fully managed account – A company will manage all aspect of the DP and/or PHB. This could include, but not be limited to, organising and paying for support. Providers awarded to onto the FPS: Accountability, Barrie Bookkeeping & Payroll Solutions Limited, David Howard Ltd, Disability Direct, Health Your Way, Kaleidoscope Brokerage Ltd, Michael Russell and Company, Moore Stephens, Pay Partners, Penderels Trust, SICA Support Ltd, Solo Support Services, ILBP Ltd, Enable Payroll Lot 1: Open Flexible Purchasing System for Payroll, Accountancy and Fully Managed Account Services. Approved provider list to manage payroll, accountancy and fully managed account services for adults and children. Providers were assessed through an application process with Pass/Fail criteria.
