Engineering/Professional Services for conversion of existing building.

Tender description

The project involves the conversion of an existing three storey Storehouse, in the centre of Ballyduff Upper Village in County Waterford, to incorporate a Shop and Cafe on the ground floor, a youth activity area on the second floor and a Gym on the third floor. It would be envisaged that there would be an outside dining area with canopy and that the building would be universally accessible and be completed in accordance with the building regulations, having regard to its age and some constraints as a consequence of its location and construct.
