The Services to be provided by the Supplier under the above Lot are listed in Framework Section 2 and outlined below: A Case Management system for the end to end management of all SAR, FOI requests, and Policy Mincoms cases with the ability to: - automate the majority of administrative work through the use of online forms and email scraping - store centralised guidance and letter templates to ensure cross-departmental consistency - provide a live overview of all cases in progress to facilitate effective resource allocation - set a retention period to ensure GDPR compliance within the system itself - store data securely and be cost effective - be agile to allow for any future legislative changes or changes to process - produce ad hoc statistics to monitor performance - facilitate ICO complaint handling - allow SLA's to be achieved and pinpoint the reason they are not It is anticipated that the requirement will be for approximately 100,000 cases
