Current provider has been rated Inadequate by CQC, which necessitates exploration to seek an alternative provider. Due to current reduced demand opportunity is required to explore the best value and most effective means of delivery, which has impacted previous plans. Therefore, there is unforeseeable urgent requirement to ensure continued to delivery to meet identified eligible Care Act needs, to meet statutory requirements, whilst plans are reviewed and enacted. This will be undertaken as speed hence short time of exemption request.
