CWG Park & Ride and Park & Walk booking platform

Tender description

TfWM wishes to engage with suppliers through a market testing exercise to understand what the market has to offer in regard to a booking platform to facilitate the booking process and purchase of parking tickets at Park & Ride / Park & Walk sites during the CWG. We are interested to learn about innovative ideas and solutions that can be provided by a platform provider to ensure the successful delivery of P&R/W sites. This may be of interest to providers who have relevant interest in hosting and building online ticketing/booking systems/platforms and software development specialists that have designed and built similar platforms to provide tickets at venues or car parks. Please see pqq_139 that includes further information on this requirement. If it is of interest could you please complete the Questionnaire contained in the Qualification Envelope by 1700 on Friday 14th May 2021. TfWM are hosting a session to go through the requirements and for potential bidders to ask questions prior to the submission date. This will take place on Friday 7th May 2021 commencing at 1300.
