Tender description

The appointed Mechanical Contractor to provide a turn-key installation for the works herein. This project consists of the boiler house refurbishment at Cloghroe NS, Cloghroe, Co. Cork including the removal of 1no. boiler, pipework valves and pumps, the provision of 2no. wall hung boilers and pipework, valves, pumps, headers, heat exchanger, insulation works and boiler house controls. The works shall also extend to the supply and installation of a pipework circuit routed through the attic space to serve Block B, C & D. (This is to replace underground heating pipework circuit due to corrosion). Mechanical Contractor to allow for all electrical and builder’s attendances in his tender.
