Lot 1: The scope of the contract is to design, manufacture, supply, deliver, install and commission a state-of-the-art nanoIR endstation, which incorporates scattering-Scanning Near-field Optical Microscopy (s-SNOM) with tapping and contact resonance enhanced (RE) photothermal AFM-IR modes. A user-friendly graphic user interface (GUI) with operating hardware and software for data acquisition/display is included.
