Tender description
Wicklow County Council requires the services of an architect led team to manage construction of 2 library projects 1. New library for Aughrim (200 sq mtrs approx) (eircode Y14 D683) 2. Extension to Ballywaltrim library, Boghall Road, Bray (500 sq mtrs approx) (eircode A98 DK31) Aughrim library will be constructed on the site of the current library, on Aughrim's Main Street. (Viewings can be arranged for Wed 5 or Wed 12 May. Contact Brendan Martin on 0872209152 or email bmartin@wicklowcoco.ie) It is planned to provide a sizable 2 storied extension to Ballywaltrim library. Viewings here may be more flexible, but will not be accommodated after May 26th. This project (from Stage 3 onwards) is dependent on DRCD grant aid. The tender is being offered as one lot, on the assumption this will have consequent economies of scale across all elements of the projects.
