This lot is for Delivery in the following local authorities (as defined by Skills Action Plan for Rural Scotland): Aberdeenshire, Angus, Argyll and Bute, Clackmannanshire, Comhairle nan Eilean Siar, Dumfries and Galloway, East Ayrshire, East Lothian, Highland, Moray, Perth and Kinross, Orkney Islands, Scottish Borders, Shetland Islands and South Ayrshire.
