Tender description

Perth and Kinross Council are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Service Provider to enter into a four year contract, with the option of two additional one year extension periods, commencing on 1st April 2021, for the uplift and re-processing of the Council’s plasterboard material. A mini competition was carried out through PCS-T on the Scotland Excel, Recyclable and Residual Waste Dynamic Purchasing System, Lot 12 Plasterboard (Gypsum) with all pre-qualified suppliers.
