Tender description

BCP operates a network of approximately 83 electronic traffic counter sites. These monitor traffic flows for strategic traffic planning, scheme design and income generation through central government. \r This contract will enable upgrades that will reduce requirements for manual data downloads via migration to automatic 4G upload - this will automate a manual process and enable FTE savings.
