Tender description

<p>Swale Rainbow Homes is inviting Expressions of Interest to tender for the position of a Project Director/Development Manager for Swale Rainbow Homes (wholly owned company of Swale Borough Council).</p> <p>The contract will involve managing the full development of 3 sites within Council ownership in Sittingbourne to bring forward additional affordable homes for the borough.</p> <p>The contract shall commence on&nbsp;14th June&nbsp;2021 and terminate on 31 December 2025. The council may extend the opportunity for a further two years. The tenderer/s who submit/s the Most Economically Advantageous Tender, (MEAT) will be awarded the contract.</p> <p>Expressions of Interest and the Invitation to Tender (I.T.T.) document must be submitted / uploaded on the e-tendering portal.
