Supply of Granulation and Dry Separation Plant

Tender description

Fresh Earth Technologies Ltd recover metals and plastics from waste cables. We require a cable granulation plant capable of processing 1 tonne of cable per hour, the plant must be designed to handle SWA cable. The system should consist of a shedder, granulator and dry separation table. It should have over band or pully head magnets capable of removing the steel armour from the cable prior to granulation. The separation table should be able to separate the heavy copper from plastic insulation 100% successfully. The purchase of this machine is part of a grant funded application process and therefore procurement will be subject to grant approval of the project as a whole. We will compare tenders received on a compliance basis only.
