Tender description

The procurement was for the supply and delivery of light commercial vehicles (under 3.5 tonnes) for use in the field to enable the company to carry out water and wastewater services. The requirement includes car derived vans, small vans, medium vans, large vans, 4 x 4 pick-ups and small electric vans. The vehicles are to come with a full manufacturer’s warranty and the company must be given access to diagnostic equipment as the vehicles will be maintained in house by UUWL’s own team of mechanics, within the company’s own fit out centres. The vehicles will be outright purchased not leased. Lot 1: Car Derived Vans This procurement is for the supply and delivery of vehicles classed as car derived vans. The vehicles will be outright purchased not leased. Lot 2: Small, Medium and Large Vans This procurement is for the supply and delivery of vehicles classed as small, medium, large vans. The vehicles will be outright purchased not leased. Lot 3: 4 x 4 Pick-up Vehicles This procurement is for the supply and delivery of vehicles classed 4 x 4 pick up vehicles. The vehicles will be outright purchased not leased. Lot 4: Small Electric Vans This procurement is for the supply and delivery of vehicles classed as small electric vans. The vehicles will be outright purchased not leased. Lot 5: Small Petrol Vans This procurement is for the supply and delivery of vehicles classed as small petrol vans. The vehicles will be outright purchased not leased. Lot 6: Medium Petrol Van This procurement is for the supply and delivery of vehicles classed as medium petrol vans. The vehicles will be outright purchased not leased.
