Tender description

Durham County Council (DCC), the Lead Spoke Authority for the NEPO417 Framework Solution is looking to approach the market shortly to re-procure this Solution. There is an existing Framework Solution in place which is due to expire on 21st May 2022. An OJEU compliant tender process will be used to re-procure this Framework and it is envisaged that DCC will be able to issue the Invitation to Tender (ITT) documentation potentially around mid-August 2021. The Framework Agreement is likely to be for a maximum of 6 years in total. To support this, we would like to gain information from the broader market regarding several areas related to this Framework Solution and the proposed procurement exercise. Completion of this Soft Market Testing Questionnaire is not an invitation for formal expressions of interest. DCC is issuing this request for information only to assess the appetite of the broader market and thus make any potential procurement process more focused and efficient. The information gathered will be used for the following: To engage with potential partners on the general scope of the Specification and Product requirements prior to issuing the Tender Documents. To provide feedback in relation to the appetite of the market together with information that will allow the exercise to be shaped to elicit a positive response from Providers. The benefits to your Organisation in participating in this process include: The chance to assess whether the opportunity will be suitable and of interest to you. Ensuring that Specifications are realistic and market focused. The chance to raise any risks, concerns, or issues regarding the potential opportunity. Your responses will assist us in creating a process which is well-framed, focused, feasible, and likely to be of interest to the market.
Keywords: Janitorial & Cleaning Supplies, Domestic/Industrial Cleaning Chemicals, Environmentally Friendly Products
