Tender description
Building , mechanical and electrical works within Ward 5 to include an extension over the existing theatre 4 to accommodate 4 single bedrooms with full DOC M suites, reconfiguration of nurses station and storage areas . There will also be a new HVAC ventilation system installed within Ward 5 with associated plantroom on top of the existing low pitch roof with a new pitched roof and shroud over this to protect the ductwork .
